Know of any real estate investor forums?
I'm trying to figure out how to best use the equity in my properties to purchase new properties... anyone know of a good forum out there for real estate investors?

Gonna pull a broken record on you, but I suggest Jeffrey Taylor's web forum at
Mr Landlord Q & A forum The threads on that forum are by real landlords, instead of some caffeine junky who pushes a RE course entitled "How to buy $20M of real estate with a stack of quarters." May I also suggest you consult with a mortgage broker, preferably one who deals with investors and perhaps owns a few himself. I wish you the best of luck. Jürgen |
