Exotic car rentals in Vegas?

Hammer is hittin' Vegas!
I need to know if anyone can reccomend a place to rent an exotic car in Vegas? I want a Viper or Ferrari for one day. Only found a couple sites online. Any local wisdom? Like wait till you get there to make a deal or go see Jim at Blah Blah and tell him so and so sent ya? I have set my limit at $400.
Thanks.

Hammer,

I don't think $400.00 is going to cover it. About 5 years ago, I rented a 911 C2 cab. for a day from "rent-a-vette". It was the lot that you pass on the way from the airport to the Strip. The C2 ran 500.00 for a 24 hr period and 100 miles--anything over 100 was like 5 bucks or something crazy. The Tesatrossa and Viper they had were 1K with the same terms. The cheapest they had was 300.00 for a Prowler, Vette, or Hummer(who would want to drive any of those POS anyways?). So, you may have to increase your budget slightly to allow for taxes, etc.--and they don't cover damage to any glass, wheels, or tires.

I must say though--renting the cab. was well worth the $$$--I had a freaking blast--drove out to Lake Meade and scared the hell out of my cousin doing 140 with the top down. I was burning tire and fishtailing all over the place around town. Valets liked it too--went to the mall with my cousin--pulled in front of the door, when we came back out--car was in the exact same spot(we looked kind of funny driving back to the casino with a full-size Boba Fett cut-out between us)--casinos was the same thing--car was always right up front. Have fun

With Jerrys linkage i have found Vipers and 993 cabs for $300-$400 per 24 hour with 100 miles and $1 a mile beyond that. That is without taxes though.

With the 100 mile limit we will be able to make the trip to the Hoover Dam and back. With about 20 miles to spare. We may drive it to some fancy place for dinner that night. I really want a Lambo or Ferrari but i have a budget... I promise Speedometer pics. To be posted at GruppeB to avoid being burned at the stake.

My husband is going to Vegas in April and he was also talking about renting a Ferrari for a day. I think it was pretty spendy from what he said. I'll let you know if he found any good links.

Here is a link to the cheapest Viper I could find.
http://www.bnm.com/cgi-bin/coupon.cgi?coupon=expressvegas
They dont list any Ferraris though. The Ferraris are priced WAY outta my range. Besides the Viper is probably more fun and wont need $12,000 worth of maintenence after 100 miles.

Whoa!
This is awesome. The wife and I are planning on going out for a few days in April also. She has always liked the Maserati and rent-a-vette has one. I think we may have to rent that puppy for a day. I'd prefer the 360 Modena or a Vanquish but the Modena is way too expensive to rent and I didn't see and Astons for rent anywhere...

Anyone have any good reccomendations on where to drive?

Pat

Get the Modena. From Rent-a-Vette: "You drive a Modena because you want to. Because you can. Because women will like you if you do ..... "
