Search your PParts ID on Google

The power of the Internet! Never forget that anything you post on the internet is "Public Domain".

Try this, go to www.google.com and enter your PParts ID in parenthesis and hit the search button.

Ex: (JrDavid68)

Interesting!

Wow... I use the same ID a bunch of places, and they all come up. Scary, really.

Anyone ever type in something like a credit card or SSN? I want to do it, but I'm afraid to try. I think it will capture my data and the Powers That Be at google.com can then use it. Maybe I'm paranoid!

Due to the nature of my work, I see a lot of other people's random SSNs, names, home addresses, etc. Perhaps I'll do a search with somebody else's social. I'll let you guys know what I find. (sarcasm)

VaSteve - Just send me your SSN and I'll search it for you - that way you don't have to worry about someone getting it from you. Also, it would be easier to search on that if you provide your bank account #, address and home telphone number too.

I'd be glad to help.

I'm cool. Zeke is pretty generic. I didn't find me until I included the word pelican.

My name is very common. Lots of hits for the music guy that does movies. There were 2 hits for Pelican. 1 link took me to tabs profile and the other took me to mine

Does that mean that tabs and me have some wierd, cosmic cyber-connection? If he's a "man of wealth and taste" does that make me a "man of rocks and garbage"? or something?
