There is the Subdriven site at http://www.forums.subdriven.com Not very active but I am hoping it will improve
There is the http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/ site that caters mostly to WRX cars but a descent site This next site has more outback / forrester cars but the crowd is a little young http://www.ultimatesubaru.net/forum/
