Well, it's "been at various car shows" - so has my old beat-up 1971 Grand Prix, that conveyed me there to look at the cool cars while it waited patiently in the parking lot.

Ah, but your gradnparents are not standing next to your truck. That makes it so much better.

Oooh Vintage! I think the bumper would be ripped right off if you tried to tow your p-car with that thing. They failed to post pics of the interior, without that how do I know how many 911 parts it could haul!!!

It's a sad sad world when stock '80s station wagons are considered "show car" material ... I think the $4K in parts would have been better spent elsewhere.

Slam it, spray it with a real color, put some 18-20"s on there with an EFI bigblock under the hood and I'd probably stop laughing at it.

But hey ... only 3 more years until it's an antique ... time to rethink the classic/antique vehicle ages IMO.

Now, if it had been a '72 Delta 98 monster with the 455 cu in and the power retracting tailgate like my brother had. 2 1/2 tons of land yacht with a tiny steering wheel that was used to 'suggest' direction. Those were the days. NOT!

Why settle for a station wagon when you could have something like this?
