Computer help - can't save pic except as bmp
 

I have a frustrating problem and have no clue how to solve it!

I'm trying to save a photo. I can view it. I can view its properties (says jpg). I right click the photo and highlight "save as" button, but jpg isn't an option. The only format available is bmp.

What's going on? I'm so confused! This is a photo I've saved on Ofoto.com. Could this be a security thing?

Its not a security thing - its a computer nightmare but if you want to save the picture from a browser as is. First try opening the picture in a new window and then right clicking it and save picture as or save as - or Internet Explorer saves everything in the cache - Tools, Internet Options, Settings, View Files and copy and paste the image from there in its original format. Hope this helps.
