If you only hear the audio of that event, you can't tell it's not Hulk Hogan or some other WWF/WWE knucklehead.

sports radio guy jim rome plays that bangee shriek all the time. does like those song deals back in the 70s where a guy asks questions and then they answer with a popular song. like "mr president what did you see this morning?" clip of song blinded by the light was played

He is going to go down in history as the guy who blew the lead in the Democratic nom, (and most likely his political carreer), strictly by means of his personality. By being a kook. His lesson will not soon be forgotten by other candidates.

The great paradox in American politics. We complain that candidates are too often "stiff shirts" exhibiting little, if any personality or individualism, but when they do exhibit those traits, we brand them as "loose cannons".

That being said, his "performance" was over-the-top--and I love the photo floating around the 'net of him holding the kitten by the neck--funny stuff.

Oh, please gimme a break!
This is the first election year in decades where there has been more than one semi-acceptable democratic candidate and the liberal press(term used lightly to the multi-faceted wh0res) has decided that golden-boy Kerry is the most electable, so someone has to go.
If a t.v. journalist took a picture of the pontif tripping on a rocky mountain path and all the channels ran the clip every single day on the hour with the words "drunk", the majority of Americans would start burning down churches.
Pyschoanalitically, it's just association.

[bigguns out]
It's a good thing Dean is not a coke-snortin', draft-dodgin', congress-lyin', insider-tradin', bumblin' daddy's-boy.[/end bigguns out].

BTW, while we 'mericans are playing with big dollars in this brief time of luxury, we might as well be creating a people/materials mass transit system and educating the next generation (yup our genetic seed). Even Rome fell.

right on john70t! i dont know how many pictures are floating around with me caught in mid blink, which makes me look retarded and drunk. i think he was just caught up in the moment, and let his enthusiasm get away from him. not a bad thing. oh well, we will never know.

This is the dean kitten one - soooo funny

In trying to find it, I came across these "war time posters" (warning for Conservatives), that are pretty damn funny:

(disclaimer CamB: the following is in spirit of tongue-n-cheek)
Yeah, well as soon as the incumbant gets re-elected,
runs up a deficite tab(what comes after trillion? I'm sure the republicans know),
sends all the jobs overseas (the Taiwanese could build a less expensive Commanche and their managment is cheaper too),
all the old people die from lack of hospital access,,,,,
there will be no more U.S. taxes to support an active military.
So now New Zealand and Australia have now become a "provincial partner" to a nearby self-centered expanding economy.
Get out that translation book.
