Another home improvement question: Spackle/Wall paper

OK, I've repaired and skim coated the bathroom I mentioned in previous posts. I'll be hanging wall paper soon and was curious about recomendations on what to "paint" the spackled wall with. I want to be able to remove easily in the future and preserve the work I've done on the walls.

My brother-in-law said to prime and then use a good oil based paint. He also said there is a BM product (T-37?) that is made specifically for this purpose.

I thought of priming and sizing (SP) or using white pigmented Shellac....but what do I know. :)

Suggestions welcome.

Go with a good latex primer and then apply wall paper sizer, you can get some at a local Lowes, Home Depot, etc. They make a purple tinted sizer that makes it easy to see where you have applied it.

The man with the red duck is correct. prime-n-size.
