In Search of Nothing

In the world today where greed, avarice and a grasping for materialistic goods is common place. Nihilism has risen to the state of being a religion. A cleanising of the palate so to speak. However what is missed is the fact that nothing is really something...Amen!

I have debt...is that less than nothing...have I reached Nirvana?
The ultimate state of less than nothing....

I have always thought that nothing doesn't exist, it is just an idea. But then again an idea and some imagination is all you need to have religion!

nothing=0=only works on paper and at the bank

Speaking of having nothing...I've been watching SEGU. Have you been watching TASR?

tabs 04-15-2004 06:01 AM

TASR is the flavor of the day...I've seen scores of stocks that have traded many time their float on a daily basis that have gone up and down like yoyos...sooner or later the party is over an whoa to the holder of those shares when it is over. But if you are making money more power to ya.

There is a difference between a value of 0 and nothing (null, or a lack of any value).

mudman 04-15-2004 06:55 AM

A value of 0 represents a memory, possilbly it had value in the past but not now. Without value, there is not existence, except in our heads and on paper...

the difference lies in perception

"TASR is the flavor of the day..."

That's what you said on 2/10. Since then SEGU has gone from 3.65 to 3.89 on very little average volume (watch it fall when you try to sell) and TASR has gone from 43.75 to 96.95 on heavy daily volume.

Speaking of good stocks..ARD. Go long and forget it.

"Daddy, are we rich?" That's was the question my friends young son asked after seeing their beautiful new house for the first time. Dad's answer? "Well son, I suppose we are rich as long as we can still borrow money." :)
