Curt since you are so sure that an electrical device that even Porsche claims can not defeat the laws of nature will save you hide why don't you prove it to me. I will pay you $100 buck to take your Touareg up to 100 mph and swing the steering all the way to lock (you pick the direction)

No easy turns just swing the wheel as fast as you can. Video tape it (want to be able to see the speed and steering wheel)

Easy $100 I say. If you flip it I am sure you have collision and can sue the hell out of Porsche for putting out defective safety devices.

Wow if PSM where so great that it could stop cars from spinning out on ICE and defy the laws of physics they would license the technology to every car maker out there and make BILLIONS every year. OOps I forgot Porsche is not in it for the money

I thought SUV's rolled at 25MPH with that kind of a maneuver? Oh yeah, some do. Except this is no ordinary SUV. Remember, the Cayenne has a lower C.o.G. then the Toureg and 12 inches wider track then a 911! Stability isn't about height - it's about C.o.G. to width ratio, amongst many other factors ...... might wanna check the latest NHSTA Roll Over Ratings and see that SUV's with electronic stability management have ratings equal to or higher than cars ...... add to that, a vehicle with the widest track, lowest C.o.G., widest tires, and best suspension in its class and well ......

BTW, did you know the Cayenne S holds the 12th fastest lap time for road cars on the Hockenheim Grand Prix Circuit and can still pull a 7000lb trailer? Of course, not at the same time ....... here's Vic Elford putting on an impressive display through an Auto-X course ....

I can't wait for that V-8 to start showing up in the wrecked-em yards. It may been seen soon residing in a deuce coupe or roadster, once the adaptors for hooking up to a GM automatic are figured out...

Curt I didn't say it would be harder to roll I said it will still roll. I believe you are the one saying Porsche PSM is capable of breaking the laws of physics
