And on the first day...

...someone said "let there be light!" And yea, he spent seveal hours on a ladder, and yea shocked himself something like 3 times, and lo! There was light! And yo, he stepped off the ladder, flipped the switch and said "word, that ***** be bright!" And it was all good.

Actually, it's so bright it overwhelms my digital camera, which in turn tries to correct the f-stop downward. I ran two separate circuits, so I can use only 1/2 the lights if I need to. The 2nd set of pix are with only 1/2 of the lights on.

That's what I was thinking...

Where is your ventilation system? What about watering? How are you planning on keeping it humid? Do you have a timer for the lights? Have you looked into hydroponics?

Oh wait.... this a Porsche/VW work space.... heh heh...um ya...silly me.

:p

P.S. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, such a great beer!

P.P.S. When the garage door is open how much light do you lose?

Make sure there's cool-air ventilation and a muffler for that compressor(?) room.

Geeze dude, you gonna cure paint in there? Tres b!tchen

The "little room" is the bathroom. THe compressor lives in it's own shed outside.

How many amps do you have on each line and what gauge wire did you use? I have to do my own garage as well so just wunderin'

widebody911 04-21-2004 06:35 AM

I'm using 12/3 wire, and the circuit is fed by a 20A breaker, but I haven't calculated or measured how much I'm drawing.
