Museum thread
I recently went through Auburn, Indiana and stopped by the Cord/Duesenburg/Auburn museum. The place was amazing, and there were two other classic car museums nearby. Also, a railroad museum, an air museum, and the worlds largest military vehicle collection, all just a few miles of each other.
We only had an hour for the one, but it's definitely a place to visit for a very complete day. Other good ones are the Henry Ford outside Detroit and the Imperial Palace collection in Vegas which is quickly being sold off. Post your own favorites from around the country.
