21 Steps to becoming a good conservative
Yawn...
You can do better, try again in an hour or so:)
Mr. Sheeley,
Is that really intended to stimulate intelligent, thought-provoking debate? You would do better, in my opinion, to call conservatives turds and dog-asses and be done with it. Certainly there is SOME issue that you can identify, that you have some particular knowledge of based on your own life experience, that provides you the opportunity to attack the "conservative" viewpoint? p.s. anybody with a '71E is OK in my book. |
Hey Lynn, I watch main-stream media, since don't get fox news, and I really don't like listening to Rush. . .I haven't listend to him but once or twice in the last three years (and those times were when he was cop'n to the drug problem). (seriously)
So, since I'm really, probably not conservative enough, what else can I do? Just the thought that I've been missing out on your "21-steps" just make me feel sick. . . and all liberal inside. eeeeewwww. . . i'm gunna http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/puke.gif  |
8. Believe in corporate welfare while their kids teachers are falling asleep from their third job.
9. Believe natural resourses are infifnite, thermometers and pixie-sticks are interchangable, and that the best way to prevent forest fires is to clear cut them- never mind the long term rights of the U.S. lumber industry and hunters. 10. Believe in giving away to third world countries U.S. jobs and the technowlogy to keep producing goods is good for the long term economy. 11. Believe that the U.S. military will always be the most powerful in any situation and that all countries will respond to threats with complete and continuing submission. This is regardless of the notion of an active economy to be able to support such. 12. Believe that anyone with an alternate view from the Republican party line is interfering with the protection of American rights- and should be spied on, censored, heckeled, denied transportation rights etc.etc...... |
I think Republicans and Democrats disagree with me equally, but damn if the Lib thread isn't much funnier.
I never cease to be amazed at how the liberals study Limbaugh. Right down to his sponsors. Has it never occurred to them, that unlike most of the liberal (move-on.org) posts we see regurgitated here...we actually come up with and write our own arguments. I have heard parts of Limbaugh's show now and then, but certainly do not listen regularly. In fact, I probably have not listened once for several years.
I know I can do better than this..
Come on guys don't be so hard on Lynn what do U expect from an R Gruppe member. His joke must have bin a real knee slapper at the last R Gruppe gathering.... So he musta thought the rest of the P community would be at the same level of intellectual curosity as they are....
BTW I wrote a scathing letter to the LA Times about Limbaugh that was published... 30 seconds of poignant thought and 29 minutes of commercials and hot air...
Lynn, Next time you try to tell a joke make sure its at least funny. That was sad. I felt sorry for you after that attempt at humor. Good luck on the next one.
How does ANYONE listen to what Rush has to say?
Simple I DON'T
Well if that was your sincere attempt at uniting us, I can appreicate your efforts. But just as a honest suggestion, if your trying to attract bee's honey works better than vinigar.

Whats Civil about war anyway?

Civil war? Sounds like we could all use some de-caff. Besides if sterotypes are true, we righties are going to be better armed. (humor)
