OT - Is there anything happening in LA this weekend??

My brother is in LA for the weekend until monday night, and i was wondering if there's anything like get together's, drives, canyon carvings, etc. he could see or participate in?? Or even a good place to go to see some nice cars? What's a good place for a 21 year old to hang out? Thanks in advance, much appreciated!
