Does it get any lower? Read the third paragraph (roughly) about this guy who sued the Red Cross for accepting credit card donations on their web site. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4837371/

At that point in the article, I wasn't convinced. I mean, maybe he did develop the technology, make a good idea, then patent it for creation. Maybe I could give the guy the benefit of the doubt, 'coz I just don't know all the details. ... Well, later in the article, they detail his actual patent.

So what kind of sick individual do you have to be to sue a non-profit organization?

I believe you need to enforce your patents equally and consistantly for them to be any good.
I am sure he did not want to sue a non profit...but you can not let anyone slide. It will hurt you in the long run if you do.
Or maybe he is a dirt bag...
