Man sues Red Cross for patent infringment...
Does it get any lower? Read the third paragraph (roughly) about this guy who sued the Red Cross for accepting credit card donations on their web site. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4837371/
At that point in the article, I wasn't convinced. I mean, maybe he did develop the technology, make a good idea, then patent it for creation. Maybe I could give the guy the benefit of the doubt, 'coz I just don't know all the details. ... Well, later in the article, they detail his actual patent. So what kind of sick individual do you have to be to sue a non-profit organization? Dan |
I believe you need to enforce your patents equally and consistantly for them to be any good.
I am sure he did not want to sue a non profit...but you can not let anyone slide. It will hurt you in the long run if you do. Or maybe he is a dirt bag... |
