Good website for appliance parts

I'm not affiliated with this business in any way, but I had to order some parts for my washing machine and dryer and these guys have an incredible online database with a search engine that really works! Click on <order parts>, then put in some info (Mfg, type of appliance and model number) and they can locate the right part very quickly. I ordered the parts on Tuesday and they arrived yesterday (Thursday), but we're in the same state. The parts were correct and I asked if I could return the parts if they were wrong or didn't work and they said "no problem, full refund". All is well and I wanted to tell others about the. The GE website is actually pretty good too. We had a problem with our GE microwave. Sunday night at 8pm I was not happy as this was a 2 month old "advantium" install over the stove so its not like I could take it back to Best Buy. So I log onto the GE website and schedule a warranty service call for the next morning at 8am on Monday. Much to my surprise a GE applicance repair van pulled into the driveway first thing the next morning. Too bad GE doesn't do cable TV installations!

GE service is brutally efficient. I called them once becuase I heard a clicking noise in my dishwasher. Within an hour a tech was dispatched to my house via an email he received on his wireless laptop.

Before I even knew what was going on he had found a small piece of wire that had gotten stuck in the dishwasher pump, made a joke about only charging me a 'learning fee', swiped my credit card in his laptop for over $200, and was out of my driveway. I don't lose money that fast at the casino. It was truly impressive.

When the touchpanel display went out on my GE stove, I called them again for an estimate. They charged me $45 for the estimate, but they gave me the part number I needed for the display. I found it from somewhere on the web for $300 less than they were going to charge me.

I think this is the site I used:

Funny this came up. I just got off the phone with Whirlpool to order four small plastic shelf supports. They're small nubs that the shelf sits on. When they said that they're $50 I almost choked. Hopefully there's an alternative.
