And this after he and Caddilac did a dealer-available "Snoop de Ville" car a few years ago. Where is the brand loyalty now a days?

haha that's great

is it just me, or is the car trying too hard to be a Rolls/Bentley?

I've seen a few on the road... too damn big, if you ask me. Then again, my 944 is almost too damn big, if you ask me...

time to buy a 550?

my ex-girlfriend's father is currently doing some heating/AC work on 50-cent's home (actually, his guest house, which is apparently absolutely trashed)

I think the new Chrysler designs are at least INTERESTING compared to most of the jellybean Honda-esque crap out there!

Not that I find them all that attractive, but at least they are taking a risk.

FWIW I saw a Rolls a couple weeks ago that had to be one of the biggest effin' 4-person vehicles I have ever seen or heard of. Not sure what model it was, but it was literally about the volume/mass of an Expedition.

Rolls-Royce Phantom. It looks like a suburban riding on regular car height. Has a rear suicide door. For the money, you could buy about 6 new Porsches.

I think it's wonderful that a person with more money than the government can be given a free luxury sedan.

Yep, it appears that it was a Phantom...just like this. (My sighting was at the Bel-Air Hotel parking lot.) This pic snagged from a Googled web site does not convey the in-person impression at all...

That is one ugly-ass Rolls Royce. It looks to me like something from a comic book, the "incredible hulk" of cars.

The other day they were shooting a comercial across the street from me in a building where they film a lot, the director had one of those new Bentley Continental GTs, black/black, I thought it was gorgeous. Not like other Bentley/Rolls at all. And with a twin-turbo W-12 cylinder, 550bhp, it is a 4 sec. 0-60/200 mph top speed car @ 5300 lbs.!

Are you sure that's not the new Hummer H3?

I tell you, the ugly car competition is heating up. With Bangle's latest vomit inspired designs and with Chrysler's abortions like the PT and the 300, things can't get any better for the ugly car afficionado.

while Bangle's designs are in questionable taste, the new 6-series looks oddly elegant. Maybe it's because it isn't REPLACING an existing 6-series, so we have nothing to compare/contrast it to?

But I do agree that Bangle's designs are ruining the BMW image

I find the new 6 series oddly boring and oddly ugly as well.

As a former BMW owner...I can say I definitely won't be back while Bangle in charge of design. Barf... the Z8 is the only current model I find somewhat attractive, and it is way overpriced (like almost 3X).

The Chrysler 300 is definetly quite butch, it might work well with the GAY market.

The M6 was sweet. Sharks rule. IMHO everything went down the *****ter at BMW with the E36. It hasn't recovered since.

I kinda like the look of the new 300...it reminds me of the "cars" in Fifth Element.

FYI Bill "gay" or girlie cars are "cute" with no performance aspirations. Like the New Beetle, or the Miata (I'm sure someone will disagree w/ me on that one).
