prompt order shipping?
 

what has been the turn around from order placement until shipping of recent pelican orders for you guys? ordered something monday, and my card just got billed today and no shipping confermation on the "order tracking" link. all items were said to be in stock and shipped within 24 hours.

not complaining, or being a pelican basher, just wondering if drive works has slowed pelicans lightening fast order processing i have experienced in the past. will the order tracking link notify of a departed (shipped ) package?

by the way, it was ball joints, a full set of new fasteners for saif joints and sway bar bushings. small box, still $200.

Last order I never got my order tracking link all I saw was I got billed. I pissed when I thought it did not ship and would not be here by the weekend. But when I got home the package was there, and all was good.

I've ordered twice in the past month. I ordered with upgraded shipping, and both times they shipped the same day. Their computer also sent me an email for status update. I have no complaints.

upgraded shipping? never needed that here in no cal. it generally only takes 2 days ground, if the package is shipped promptly.

gpr in san luis can get ground packages to my office over night if shipped the day its ordered.

I ordered some car care stuff "Meguiar's NXT" recently and i got it a few days later....maybe it's a monday thing and they got busy from the orders over the weekend?

Purchased two items in about a month span. Recieved great communication and package in good time.

toby, i got stuff in four days just last week. but i did get that computer "hand job" right away via email. and i get all freaky and track my tracking number like a man posessed. all for some key blanks and tune up parts.
