Singpilot to a certain degree you are right. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. But there are those with a very simplistic view( as evidenced by techweenie"For those of us out here on the left coast following this case, it seems very open-and-shut. Cheating guy murders wife. End of story". This attitude will work in favor of the prosecution.
Even though I belive Petersen is guilty, it's NOT solely because he was getting a little on the side. OK a show of hands Please. How many of us on the board are guilty of extra-marital affairs but NOT accused of murdering our wives?
