as a civil engineer, working on a side gig

i have this rich friend. very rich. he wants me to do some consulting for him. he has plans to build a shifter kart track on his property in salinas. that and re-mod his house on the property. this tricky track will need a TUNNEL! young people with money are fun to hang with.

would he have it opened to the public, or would it be private use only? is he involved with the salinas valley kart club?

Wow, that sounds like fun. Well, except for going through a tunnel @ 120 in a kart.

Almost completely off-topic (so sue me...)

What's the diff between an ME and a CE?
An ME builds weapons; a CE builds targets...
