Ganglion Cyst. I have one in the same spot. What's wierd is that it comes and goes.

I say a Ganglion Cyst as well. Had one a long time ago. Buddy and I were horsing around and he punched me right where the cyst was. Was totally gone in a matter of minutes.

Yeah, ganglion cyst it is. My dock said to tie a warm damp cloth/towel around it twice a day for 5-10 minutes for the next couple weeks, if it doesn't go away or gets bigger he'll refer me to a specialist.

Amir, ignore the other guys thoughtless taunts ;) , I've got one on my foot, exactly the same, and it's been there for five years or so and other than me having become increasingly neurotic, I've been fine.

As Adam recommends I may try whacking it with a Melbourne phone book if I ever get concerned about it.

is "whacking it" not what caused it? now how would that help get rid of it?
