Can't stand watching this guy. Doesn't he foul the defender on almost every move to the basket? I remember the western playoffs vs Sacramento and the Kings centers had 11 combined fouls and Shaq had one.. just complete BS. He might be a nice guy, but I just can't watch him get away with that crap.

Good Riddance. With Rodman gone from Newport, Shaq gone from Playa, Kobe vacationing in Colorado for a few years, maybe life can get back to usual in LaLaLand. Yeah, right.

The hip-hop ultra-ego image that the Lakers have become have made me tune out. Their egos are their downfall and unless they behave like a team they will become irrelevant.

I watched an ESPN interview with Shaq, and interestingly, he sounds much more intelligent now that he's with the Miami Heat.
Great, that's all L.A. needs: more brain drain...

Shaq realized he needs to be on best behavior back in Florida after he left Orlando.
I think both the way the Lakers (mis)handled him AND Phil Jackson had more to do with his leaving than the Kobe Bryant tiff.

I can't believe he wanted a trade but oh well what can we do. LA won't be back in the finals for a while unless Kobe (assuming he will be on the b-ball court and not the other court) can do some good with these new guys. Malone and Payton are probably gone as well. Malone will retire and Payton wants to buy-out his contract. We will just have to find another way to pollute our skyline.
