Good point, Mul. I wonder if Berger will "comitt suicide" by "shooting himself" or "jumping" off a high building . . .maybe he'll get lucky and die in a "accidental" plane crash.

Of course, maybe it will all be laughed off . . ."that messy Samdy .. . oops. . .hahahahha" says the Clinton damage control.

Mule 07-21-2004 12:41 PM

It blows me away. There seems to be no shortage of folks willing to fall on their sword for Bill & he shows them the loyalty of a reptile.

While SB should pay for his crime remember how the right wing hero, ollie north, had his coke whore secretary do similar work for the reagan adminitration when iran contra hit the fan? At least in her case she smuggled the documentation out in her panties.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/local/longterm/tours/scandal/fawnhall.htm

Quote:

In her testimony Monday, Hall laid out the story of how, at North's direction, she had altered and shredded documents and, several days later, on her own initiative, smuggled highly classified papers out of the Old Executive Office Building. She told of concealing the papers in her boots and dress in order to elude an NSC official who was there to prevent such removal in the face of a Federal Bureau of Investigation probe.

Yesterday she faced a barrage of questions on her motives and those of North, and expressed no remorse except at the fact that she had failed to complete the assignment to alter crucial documents, replace them in the files and destroy all originals.

To Sen. Paul S. Sarbanes (D-Md.), Hall said her "mistake" had been that she had not finished the job of "eliminating traces of altered originals." She went on to say she did not know the "urgency" of the task because "I had no idea that Col. North would be fired on Tuesday . . . and I don't know that Col. North knew it either."

As was the case with witnesses before her, Hall on occasion changed her testimony and had trouble recalling certain events on which the committees have focused attention.

Well, 350, we know that Ollie North was attempting to free hostages...What is Berger's excuse?

350HP930 07-21-2004 07:10 PM

Well, all we know for sure is that ollie funded central american death squads, middle eastern terrorists and used narcoterrorists and religious fundamentalists to generate a lot of the funds and do a lot of the dirty work off the books.

It appears you assume the ends justified the means despite the administration's constant claims that 'we do not negotiate with terrorists'.

Ah, 'attempting to free hostages.' How heroic.

But if he were a Democrat, he would be 'negotiating with terrorists.'

This is tinfoil-hat stuff, Mul. I thought you were above this silliness. Waco deaths? How are people killed at Waco 'in Clinton's orbit'?

Do you know when the Waco stakeout was set up? Do you know who was President then? Attorney General?

Guess it really wouldn't help your point to add in how many dollars and FBI guys it took to investigate President Reagan. mw

Number of Reagan Administration officials convicted of criminal acitivity: 32

I'll see your 32 convicted Reagan officials and raise you one impeached President. mw

Number of Reagan Administration officials who resigned or were fired in scanals: 30

Just guessing here, but I'm pretty sure these guys are better off fired than murdered....but maybe that's just me. mw

(Asst. Attorney-General Webster Hubbell was convicted of embezzlement, a crime he committed before joining Clinton Administration.)

See above comment. Being murdered makes indictment and/or resignation a most difficult proposition. mw

Unfortunately left-wing guerilla death squads can only be fought with death squads...As much as liberals defend communism whereever it rears its murderous head, there is no mistaking communism is 100x the evil America has EVER been.

But I would be interested in your CREDIBLE sources for the above bull*****...Thanks.

The cost of the Clinton cover-up...He was impeached, disbarred and held in contempt...Therefore, he should pay for the investigations.

Investigating Reagan? A couple of thousand bucks, maybe. I can't find any evidence of FBI investigations of Reagan.

By the time the Congressional investigators worked their way up to him in the Iran/Contra money-for-drugs scandal, he was already out of office and answered 'I don't recall' 134 times in his deposition.

I guess maybe you forgot what the original point of the investigations was. It was only testimony about something his prosecutors stumbled over that triggered a lie about sex. Big damn deal, Gingrich, Hyde and probably other Republicans were cheating at the same time, and lying about it, just like Bill.

The point is that the original object of the Clinton witch hunt was never justified and that the money and FBI agents could have better been employed elsewhere, since nothing of any value resulted from the entire adventure.

As long as the dirty laundry is gettin aired, what was that about Newt and certain documents served to his hospitalized wife way back when?

And now he is a "political commentator"....

Like I have said, enough stink to stick to everyone.

lendaddy 07-21-2004 08:33 PM

Appartently it will be reported tomorrow that he took several versions of the same memo criticizing the Clinton administration. Accidentally ofcourse:0 Talk about bad luck! Poor guy.

Bill Clinton signed the sexual harassment law to buy off big-lesbianism...Several DEMOCRAT woman accused him of sexual harassment (one of rape). Bill Clinton was investigated and used government funds to slander Paula Jones. The law CLINTON signed allowed investigation of present and past sexual history. Janet Reno allowed the investigation into sexual harassment because she thought nothing was there. She was wrong. Ken Starr was the prosecutor JANET RENO appointed.

Bill Clinton obstructed justice, suborned perjury, bribed, intimidated witnesses, violated his oath of office, perjured himself and slandered anyone who dared say as much...The VRWC was a conspiracy of telling the truth about a liar.

Bill Clinton was impeached for his crimes. Susan Weber Wright fined him for "contempt". Clinton paid Paula Jones $800,000, he was disbarrred...The only reason Bill Clinton survived removal is because the Democrat Senators violated their "oaths of impartial jusice."

Newt Gingrich was removed by his own party, committed no crimes.

STEVE WILLIS 48. ROBERT WILLIALMS 49. CONWAY LE BLEU 50. TODDY McKEEHAN

These four died in the SAME MINUTE, 2/28/93 "executed" by gunfire in the Waco, Texas assault on the Branch Davidians. - All four were examined by a "private doctor" and determined to have died from nearly identical wounds to the left temple, so-called execution style. According to Linda Thompson, videotapes and other evidence indicates that none died from guns fired by Branch Davidians.

Who ordered the burn-out?...Those Christians were murdered in Waco, either intentionally or unintentionally they were burned alive.
