I've been down this road many times. OHC engines have agvantages & disadvantages. Below 7000 rpm the advantages are few. Canted valve pushrod engines are generally higher in torque which results in better drivability. This is why NO ONE has been very successful w/OHC engines in drag racing. This is also why Porsche has to spend over $50K to build an engine to compete with that unsophisticated pushrod motor.

I've never actually downloaded an episode myself but have seen them links posted on this forum from time to time. I recorded it to DVD but I don't know how to get it on my PC or where it could be hosted.

FWIW, the STIG (Perry MCCarthy) drove it around the track. It got a respectable time (a long way off the GT3 though) but the STIG said it handled appallingly.
