I found some names fairly easy digging thru their corporate website... no idea as to email contact though. Maybe just a phone call to corporate lines, ask for the Big Cheese (or whoever) and when you get the secretary and leaving a message, ask if there is an email contact you could use.

They are a public company (symbol: WSM) so you can pull up their SEC filings. A variety of sites allow you to do this for free but you may need to wade thru advertising and a registration process. I have used www.freeedgar.com quite a few times.
Look for the 10K (annual report) Once you have the names, you "might" be able to surmise their email addresses if you know what convention/pattern their email system follows. Or, you can always call their information desk and ask.

I did exactly that. Unfortunately, there are no email addresses anywhere on the website. The 10k did give up the Big Names though.

What are you trying to accomplish? The emails of the upper echelons are usally not made available on a site, and even when you do get an email address, email to the big cheese's puemail is usually filtered by a lower-level flunky.

Along the lines of Thom's post, we have had much better success reaching VP and C** level execs with hardcopy letters...yep, snail mail. Keep it short and sweet, and personalized so it does not look like a bulk-mailing, and it has a shot at getting read or at least passed down the line for somebody to deal with. Phone calls and emails at this level will almost never penetrate.

In the late 90's I paid over $700.00 for an IBM monitor that came with a 1 year warranty. At 18 months, the thing died...completely dead. I was living in Japan at the time, so getting tech support for the thing was next to impossible Not quite sure how I did it, but I was able to find Leo Gerstner's e-mail address on an IBM website. I wsent an e-mail explaining how ripped off I felt about this moniter. Now, chances are, he never saw the e-mail. I did, however receive a response (from somebody) and to make a long story short, IBM sent a packing box for me to ship them my monitor. I packed it up and shipped it to them (at their expense) and a week or so later, I receive a brand new monitor. No matter how you "reach them"...sometimes it a good idea to shoot for the top dog.
