denver Co. guys
my brother is currently going through testing to become a denver cop. he actually called me to find out what a nice moderately priced neighborhood is. my answer: how the hell am i supposed to know? i guess he is nervous, changing depts.
so, i remember reading a article a few years ago, that the economy in denver is heading south. i cant remember the reason. is this still the case? what are housing prices doing? and yes, what is a decent neighborhood? my bro doesnt mind a minor commute. thanks guys. cliff

Wow that question is just about impossible to answer. "Denver" is HUGE. Can you be more specific about what part of Denver? Downtown, Boulder, Arvada, Aurora etc...
House prices are lower than they were about 2 years ago in general. The economy is probably below average, but those things all help the buyer.

No problem. I grew up several miles outside of a town with a population of 116
![]() Grady lives closer to the downtown area... He may be able to help you. UTKarmann_Ghia and I are 30-40 minutes east of the city in Aurora, so it would be hard to compare. Pat
