Alien vs. Predator vis a vis Nov. 2004
 

The tag line from AvP has me thinking a lot about the Nov. 2004 elections: "Whoever wins, we lose."

If the election were decided by a fight to the death in the gladatorial arena, who would you pick as the winner and why?

I think I'd take Kerry. His superior height and reach and W's proven ability to make locomotion food for the emergency room (so far I think he's wrecked on foot a couple times, a Segway, a mountain bike, and a dirt bike). It would please me greatly to see this contest. *

Who would you pick? Choice of weapons?

I would support this method enthusiastically. As many here know, my impression of Dubya is one of a Little Napoleon who gets to talk and act tough because he's never going to have to actually be tough. Secret service guys everywhere, etc. I wonder how tall the little tyke is. Or isn't.

He looks to be about Clinton's height, maybe a six-footer. Kerry's 6-4, and supposedly can throw a football about sixty yards. Meanwhile Bush benches 350 pounds and runs five miles a day. All-in-all, each has their strength.

I'd like to see Laura and Teresa in a nice mud pit trying to pull off each other's tops. Of course I'd have to be fabulously stoned and have an empty stomach, but...

Dubya benches 350??????
