Yep I'm alive...I've had an incredibly busy 2 days. Monday mornining I went to the Dentist to get my teeth cleaned and have a tooth preped for a crown.. They found some decay under a filling...a 36 year old filling..when the Dentist opened it up, he said whoa look at that will you, you say you havn't been feeling any pain?.... you need a ROOT CANAL...So I walked around the back of the building to another office where I got a Root Canal done...the Dentist put so much bug juice in my mouth they coulda drilled for oil without me noticing a thing, he then procceded to drill and file and scrape for the next 2 hours....but I was happy as a lark cause I was feelin no pain... All together I was in by 10 and out by 2....

Now on Tuesday i had a Mediation over whether the Builder of my trailer would make an offer to buy my trailer back... His best offer basically left him with a profitable situation. My attorney said this is one case where they should pay me off because they have such a HUGH potential liability hanging over their heads for the issue of fraud. I wonder if having a letter from the previous buyer of my home...I mean trailer, attorney to the Builders attorney stating that they were going to back out of buying the house ahhh trailer because of soil related defects, is that good enough to prove fraud...of course they didn't disclose they wanted to sell the house they repaired and repaired again. It seems the insurance co, the Builder and the subs can't agree among themselves.....so that was a no go...and it's off to Arbitration I go...HI HO..

Last night at 11 PM I went to have my sleep studied....for sleep apeneia.....Hmmm I wonder if my Buffeting has anything to do with it??? Any way they put so many electrodes on me that I wound up looking like Frankenstein....thus the It's Alive tirle of this thread... I tossed and I turned and I just couldn't get comfortable, after what seemed like hours I finaly dozed off....upon arriving home this mornining I promptly went to bed throughly exhausted from the past 2 days.....and now that I'm awake it's time to get myself a Latte...from Salvatore1. BTW...The Queen of Diamonds and the way she shines..i wonder what that means? Thats all that keeps going through my head...that and R Gruppe boyz are the most honest, noble and in general the Greatest guys alive.... I sincerely mean that...
