Batman Begins
They've been shooting "Batman Begins" outside my office window for about a week now. One of my employees called in hyperventilating - on the way home he'd caught them shooting a scene on Wacker Drive with a helicopter chasing the Batmobile.
What are they shooting by me? The guys spent 4 hours waiting to shoot a scene of the car coming down the street. Then they moved all the equipment to the other side and will spend the next 4 hours shooting it turn the corner and go up the street about a block. All using enough equipment to launch a shuttle, and enough lighting to for Wrigley Field. The magic of movies... Emanuel

The Batmobile in this one is uuuugly. And I guess it's too much to hope for that Bruce Wayne will drive a Porsche 928 like he did in the graphic novel...

i think it just depends on what car company puts up the most money to have their car featured in the movie. Knowing hollywood, it will probably be the latest Audi, Lexus, or BMW concept car.

This definitely isn't a concept car - it's some six-wheeled monstrosity that, oddly enough, resembles the tank-like vehicle Batman went to in "The Dark Knight Returns." It's sort of a combination monter truck/dune buggy with armor plating.
