Never fail predictor of presidential race
This is depressing to me being a Bush supporter, but this indicator has always been right in November.
Royalty always wins |
I think he was adopted.

"He is also descended from Henry I, King of France"
This figures.... |
|
So we are continuing a monarchy with a twist. This is a little sad. It seems that majority of politicians are connected to people who own the world monetarily. I would like someone who started from an ordinary middle class life to win the presidency and make a difference.

I always knew he was a Brit :D

I am so sorry I looked at this now. By the way thanks for the great pix Mark.

You wish for ordinalry folks as politicians...
Let's see..I think the last prez that wasn't born rich was either Truman or Ike. |
Well, if Kerry wins and gets shot, you'll get your wish. Except in this case it will be the son of a blue-collar worker who went on to become a fine example of human slime.

clinton spent his youth in a trailer park if i recall.

It has been over 50 years. Yikes. I guess that means money talks.
|
Yer right..Clinton was born poor....Not so sure about Ronnie. WIll have to research that.
|
This the first time ever that this predictor has failed to produce the correct reslut.
This indicator, along with the one about the Washington Redskins, make this election unprecedented. |
Hey Craig, thanks for bumping this.
It is amazing . . .all these justification tid-bits, telling us why Kerry is the guy destine for the job. Whats that called; "manufacturing consent"? |
Both Bush and Kerry are related
http://msn.ancestry.com/landing/strange/bush4/tree.htm Not really sure what the point is. |
I started watching this trend a few election cycles back. I was genuinely upset about this for a couple of days. I mean it's 42-0 for cryin' out loud. Then my Brit freind told me that all those streaks are streaks until they end. Being familiar with royalty, he pointed out that there are other types of "royal" trends that ultimately end.
Meaning that this is just an unbelievable coincidence. |
Maybe greatness is genetic? Is that possible? I don't mean that there's some "leader" gean that makes people want to lead, but maybe it's like an un-spoken tradition. Like, a father who drives a race car will probably have a son that ends up racing. When your family and traditions are that deep and involved, i don't think it's possible to totally break away from it.
The idea that it's some crazy conspiracy or something is pretty ridiculous. If you trace anyone 15 generations back, you're bound to find something interesting and unique. |
