I am assuming you aren't saying that with a straight face...Given the richest man in the Senate, and his ambulance chasing hustler VP, will get your vote.

Gee I couldnt tell you the price of milk either as my wife does the shopping.

John Kerry's platform is whatever makes him look good and whatever he thinks you want to hear. I personally wouldn't trust him to do/not do anything he proposes, and I feel he has no interest of doing the job of being president; just wants the title.
My personal opinion is that Joe Lieberman was by far the best candidate to do the actual job and it's a shame that those looking to beat Bush rather than elect a competent president overlooked him.
Kerry runs on the "war hero" platform (look up Audey Murphy if you want to know what a real hero is) and well as the anti-Bush platform instead of running on his own record of public service because he knows that will expose him as the ultra-liberal that he really is .
In the departments of trust and character, Kerry fails miserably in my eyes. I won't put a halo around Bush's head, but a Kerry presidency would be a severe case of "out of the frying pan and into the fire"
The anybody but Bush crowd thinks that anyone would be an improvement but sadly we will see how wrong they are if Kerry wins.

Electra 2004

Superman 08-20-2004 07:12 AM

Electra '04. Seriously. Send her over to my place tonight and I'll see if she would be interested in launching a political career. I'll cook something nice. About 7:00.

lendaddy 08-20-2004 07:19 AM

And you thought your first wife was a handful!

She's head and shoulders above the rest. I should I say legs and.....the top of the legs....above the rest. I'd like to talk to her about lauching a career in politics. Have her come to my house tonight, around 7:00. I'll cook something nice and we can chat over a glass of wine.

I sorta run around in the periphery of Carmen's circle...I know her boyfriend (?) Dave Navarro...From what a little birdie tole me, he is pro-Bush (I was told this so I don't know if I believe it, but by a conservative friend who knows him too).

I know them too, he's pro-beaver, knucklehead, not pro-Bush.

I dunno. . .

It look to me as though she is Strongly leaning to the left.

speeder 08-20-2004 01:42 PM

Such a nice, dignified pose though.

It's like she's a female Golden retriever who has just spotted a pitbull that she is interested in.

Superman 08-20-2004 01:43 PM

I'd guess she's flexible enough to swing both ways. I mean in terms of politics, of course.

If that happens, we'll see the full force of his greedy, twisted agenda and in four years the republicans could put Abraham Lincoln on the ticket and he'd still lose. The nice thing is that we're still a democracy. This way, when the people really get fully tired of what's going on, they can take control.
we're still a democracy? you're kidding,right?

Well, before this thread degraded into ... well, where it is now, there were some good answers. Thanks for taking the time to give well-thought-out replies, gents. :)

PS -- I suspect Carmen Electra's foreign policy is fantastic. I'm trying to imagine how persuasive a woman like that could be in a male-dominated crowd. :)

SteveStromberg 08-22-2004 09:05 AM

I got one. He wants to Ban Books, hmm I told you he's a Commie.
