Best place to buy an ipod?
I'm looking at 20gb ipods and they all seem to be fixed at around $300. Any significant savings other then Ebay? If not, I guess I'll get it directly from Apple unless there is some place better that others have used.

Best I've seen is $290. You might want to try a froogle.com search. Most places have trouble keeping them in stock, so big discounts are probably out of the question!

My accountant, perhaps the most conservative man on earth just called me. He told me to run out and get myself an iPod. He sounded like a little kid at Christmas. Must be a good thing.

I just bought one at Best Buy ($299). From my price shopping, it appears that Apple keeps a pretty short leash on their retailers.
