Racing anime (better than Speed Racer)

I've been watching this Japanese animated series on DVD called "Initial D". Surprisingly good. Basically a story about how this unassuming kid with talent in a stock '87 Corolla is able to smoke all high-hp ricers in organized street racing competitions. The graphics are great, and the story line is reasonably good. Lots of footage of drifting and heel-toeing, and it's dubbed in English, too. Definitely worth checking out (on Netflix, anyway).

It's a Panda Trueno, give it some credit. It's like the OZ Rally edition of the Lancer

HA HA HA

Seriously though, it's a pretty good series. I've seen it all, including the bonus episodes/movies, which aren't that great.
