third option /a NO confidence vote

Given the current comedy episode ( another rerun of past episodes) of our goverment. The option, which I think could possibly increase voter turnout would be a no confidence option. Most folks don't care anymore and rightfully so....and yes I vote ....but once in, they only care about $$ and re-election ,and we are back to the same show, see you in 4 years for the rerun of this years rerun.
