Reasons you will not hear an applogy from any President are:

1. Reagan; Plot to out spend the Soviets, or in other words if my plan fails we will be broke and in debt up to our ears, then again if we win it's the same deal. That would be a hard sell, so it's a secret agenda with no applogies- ever.

2. George H.W. Bush (41st president); Plot to lure Saddam to invade a near by country. To do this they will be using slant drilling tech from the USA. The main goal, to knock Saddam off his high horse and keep him from developing nukes but not destablize the area. Secret agenda is served, the public will not get an applogy.

3. Bill Clinton; Plot to help working Americans, minorities and poor people through a robust economic growth- hey the rich even got richer. It was no secret so no applogies- but he got a B.J. Because "I could" he said in his book, some applogy, get over it girls.

4. George W. Bush (the lesser); We need a new Pearl Harbor to get Saddam's oil contracts away from the Europeans and also elude having the Euro replace the dollar in world commerce. Secret agenda so there will never be an applogy even though it sets the counrty on the course of ruin- hey if he's so bad God will stop him, right?

5. John Freak'n Kerry; saving this one for later.

Conclusion: Being in power means never having to say you are sorry. Keeping true motives blanketed in secrets just makes it that much eaiser to get away with.

I was just trying to figure out a few things, like some people will admit to mistakes other will not.

It takes all sorts, just seems to be presidents from ecah party have a hard time saying they were wrong.

Sometimes on the way out they peel back a layer of the onion, like in Ike's warning about the industrial/ military complex.
