Maybe justice was served in this case...what he had to go through for the past year was his comupence.

William Kennedy Smiths second turn at bat....remember he was on trial in Palm Beach where his Uncle Teddy was an aider and bettor...walking around with his pants around his ankles...or maybe Teddy was just to drunk to remember.

Wow! I think it is the right choice, the case was too publicized for the prosecution. They really rushed too far too fast in my opinion. Does she have to give back the money she took from all those people? The LAKERS can now worry less that they will have their superstar back.

I think this was expected. The girl filed the civil case last week. You remember OJ didn't get a criminal conviction, but did get a civil one. That's what I call it.

Hah! Noboby sues for 75K. Or, no attorney taking on Kobe and company is gonna waste his/her time. I think it's a gonna be a jury trial and the damages (if any) will be determined by the jury.

i cant remember which actor it was, maybe rob lowe. but he claimed that instances like this are the single best arguement for high end hookers. you can get all the freak on that you want, anyway, anyhow, and once it is over, pay the bill, and walk away. if i was a billionaire high profile guy, i would seriously consider it.
