it is just a twisting of words. We have had plans and people in place for invading all our enemies for many years. Why did they think we had troops all over the world...Korea, Japan, Germany, England, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, etc.....Would we be so stupid as to not plan for their use as necessary? Especially in Iraq's case since they were violating the terms of their last surrender and shot at our aircraft daily?

the way fint loves to shrill for the bush adminstration it makes me wonder if his new hundred hour a week job is getting paid to polute OT boards like this one.
