So, at tbwa-ggt.com, some marketing company, if you click on clients -> TBWA\GGT -> Atlantic tunnel it says:

The Atlantic Tunnel is a high-speed rail link beneath the Atlantic Ocean, between the UK and the US. It is launching early September 2009, and at 3261 miles long, it is the longest tunnel in the world. Well, that's what we wanted people to believe, but really it was an April Fool from TBWA\GGT. People received the link to the site either virally or as part of an online TBWA group memo.
