"If you're a true Democrat, you'll vote for Nader.
In an effort to edge-in on Tabdul the Prophets action,:cool: here's my newest prediction;
Ralph Nader will be revisited by the majority of voting dem's. (and every ABBB's) With Kerry obviously circling the drain, the notion that Nader would be an election "spoiler" have vanished. Furthermore, when it comes to issues, Nader runs circles around the circling Kerry. Foot note; I was the first, way back, to solidly predict kerry would take the dem-nomination. I'm talking to you tabs!. . .can you feel the pressure!? :p So let's see those predictions. . . |
Nader got no purple hearts, so obviously not qualfied.
|
yeah, but his suit is all rumpled presidential like
|
Haven't you noticed? The unbiased national media have banned any mention of Ralph Nader until after the election. I can't find any recent news on any of the national media websites concerning Nadar ........

Although he is wrong on a host of issues (very much democrat), he seems to be earnest and honest....so he obviously isn't qualified to be a "new" democrat.
|
You're obviously misinformed dj ..... http://www.nadar.org/ ;)
|
I love the Nader supporters' slogan at the protests in NYC
John Kerry voted for George Bush's War yes, all dems, vote for nader... you know you want to. Deep down you want us all to be equally poor and miserable. |
Well, you have to admit that it is pretty funny that the "anti-war" guys are supporting the self-proclaimed "war hero" who voted for the current war.....I guess the only good thing in respect to the anti-war crowd is that although Kerry votes to send our troops to war, he votes against funds to provide them weapons, armor, etc..for that war....so at least he apparently doesn't want us to win the war...
|
Nader is at least passionate about the issues. (environment, slapping around those "anything for a buck" businesses, . . .)
Where as Kerry is passionate about . ..uhmm. . .Kerry? Oh, right. . . I forgot, Kerry is part of the established. . . "a democrat" (wink wink) . . .and has lots of war medals and touts stories of burning down 3rd-world villages. With a background like that, how could I think that any leftist would even consider Nader. Yep, Kerry. . .he is the man! . . the man to beat GW. |
They're all kicking themselves for not sticking with Howard (Rarrgh!) Dean. At least there were some lefties who actually could honestly support him... Kerry is just "anybody but Bush." I don't know anyone excited about Kerry.
|
You know if it had been Gephart, Lieberman or even Dean, these political threads wouldn't nearly have as much traffic...
|
scary that so many have chugged down the democrat koolaid. There are websites demanding Nader join the dem's . .. .I think that they have that backwards. . .the idelogically bankrupt dem's should join Nader. . . Kerry's got nuttin. http://www.thenaderfactor.com/
With the internet now here, a third-party candidate actually has a chance to shake things up. . . ..based on ideas. (just look what Deans ideas accomplished) Naders time to get things moving, is now. Ah, but then-again, why do we need this "internet thang", when we have 60-minutes feeding us the rather defined truth? |
The Nationalist Anybody But Boosh party. NABB.
|
F*ck Nader, Kerry, and Bush. I'm voting for Badnarik.
|
I like Nader. He's got beliefs, and doesn't sway when the wind blows. I agree with almost nothing he says, but at least he's got conviction and a message.
I'd really like to see a Ralph Nader / Zell Miller debate. That would be a kick, and I bet we would all learn something. |
Well - he's just no making it onto the ballot (lots of democrats trying to stop him too).
Nader is not a viable candidate. The democrats went through this earlier this year and made a lot of effort to find a "Viable" candidate. The effort wasn't for the BEST candidate it was for one who could get the support to win. In my mind - all the wrong reasons to look for a candidate but if a good candidate can't win - is he really a good candidate? Well - no, the system's f'd up. A third party candidate isn't the answer. Public revolt is - revolt through education and then vote your peace. The people don't understand that what they do in their daily lives really does have an impact in the quality of their daily lives. Where they shop...everything. The think voting once every 4 years is the answer and it isn't. |

Yep...the Democrats have sold their supporters the premise that the only possible way to get ahead in life is "be born with a siver spoon," to be "lucky"..such as being discovered to be a Hollywood type......or vote every 4 years for someone who will take more of someone else's money and award it to them.
