Powell Says N. Korea Blast Not Nuclear

"Powell Says N. Korea Blast Not Nuclear"
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=514&e=2&u=/ap/20040912/ap_on_re_as/nkorea_explosion

that means its a nuclear test.

"We understand that a mushroom-shaped cloud about 3.5 to 4 kilometers (2.1 to 2.5 miles) in diameter was monitored during the explosion," the news agency quoted an unidentified diplomatic source in Seoul, the South Korean capital, as saying.

what else could that be?

The Spike in radiation levels would show if it was a Nuke. I have not seen any reports of higher than normal levels.
