Democratic Girlymen
This is what happens when a 3 year old girl quietly holds up a Bush/Cheney sign:
![]() Democratic operatives violently took her sign from her and tore it up! "She was crying; they were pushing and shoving her," said Mr. Parlock, a Huntington real estate agent. "She was scared." Little wonder the term "Democrat" has become synonymous with a*sh*le in many regions...girlymen...

I ALWAYS make that typo. Can't help it. I blame the neocons. I think I need to quit my job and go on welfare due to the psychic distress.

dude, I"m left handed. Well, actually ambidexterous. So I swing both ways...I want to increase public assistance so I can then deny people access to it. And I want to increase defense spending but cut deployments. And I want to decrease government regulations while protecting the workers and the environment.
Hey....I could run for president! |

From our side of the Water................
* The right-wing website the Drudge Report had a nice little scoop, or so it seemed, when it told the story of Phil Parlock of West Virginia, who said supporters of vice presidential candidate John Edwards set upon him and tore up the pro-Bush banner he was carrying at a recent Democratic Party rally. Mr Parlock's three-year-old daughter was reduced to tears. "They just pounced on us," said Mr Parlock, after the rally in the town of Huntingdon. It seems that Mr Parlock has had terrible luck at political rallies. Indeed various bloggers have revealed the same fate apparently befell the unfortunate Mr Parlock during both the 1996 and 2000 presidential campaigns. In August 1996, the Charleston Daily Mail reported how Mr Parlock "said he was knocked to the ground by a Clinton supporter when he tried to display a sign that read 'Remember Vince Foster', the deputy White House counsel who committed suicide". In October 2000, the same paper reported how Mr Parlock said he was roughed up by Democrats at a rally in support of Al Gore. Is Mr Parlock just plain unlucky? Who knows. But your diarist wonders why he keeps going to Democratic rallies with a pro-Republican banner and why he is so willing to take his three-year-old daughter if he is expecting trouble? Courtesy of the The Independent...... |

however, just as the saying goes, two wrongs don't make a right. and last I heard, he still enjoys the same rights to freedom of speech as the dems

So this kook is, A) a Republican plant who doubtless brings his own "Kerry supporter" to kick his ass for the cameras.....
B) An idiot who brings his 3 yr. old daughter to a situation where he knows that violence, (shoving), will occur..... C) A "girlyman" who apparently did nothing to defend/retaliate against someone who assaulted his 3 yr. old daughter.... Whatever. It passes the fintstone credibility test. ![]() What do you think would happen if I bring an anti-Bush sign to one of his rallys?? I know how those manly Republicans treated the mother of the dead soldier at the Laura Bush appearance. The guy in the photo is a bleeding twat. If someone touched my 3 yr. old, there would be nothing but maimed and broken bodies around that place. ![]() |

The local dems tried to say it was a plant (they always lie when caught)...but photos proved otherwise...the union has apologised and says they will punish the goon.

A report from the Charleston Daily Mail, August 27, 1996:
"The Huntington man said he was knocked to the ground by a Clinton supporter when he tried to display a sign that read 'Remember Vince Foster,' the deputy White House counsel who committed suicide in a Washington, D.C., park. His death has become the subject of much debate among Clinton opponents...Parlock said some of the crowd tried to make other anti-Clinton demonstrators feel unwelcome. He estimated that about 150 Dole supporters attended the rally, but their signs couldn't be seen for most of the rally." A report from the Charleston Daily Mail, October 28, 2000: "Phil Parlock didn't expect to need all 12 of the Bush-Cheney signs he and his son Louis smuggled in their socks and pockets into the rally for Vice President Al Gore. But each time they raised a sign, someone would grab it out of their hands, the two Huntington residents said. And sometimes it got physical. 'I expected some people to take our signs,' said Louis, 12. 'But I did not expect people to practically attack us.' The two said they didn't go to the Friday morning rally to start trouble." What a guy! Its good to see he's exercising his 3-year-old daughter's right to free speech. |

I imagine he thought that if he protested peacefully and quitely...the democrats would not beat him....he was wrong.
He then thought that even a Democrat would not beat him up in front of his young son for peacefully protesting....he was wrong He must have been really sure that even a Democrat would not stoop to attacking a 3 year old girl for peacefully protesting (how low can you go?)......... And now I bet he is equally suprised that people on the PP BBS can justify roughing up a 3 year old girl because she held up a sign they disgreed with....I know I am. They are Girlymen!!!

I would not have suspected that even the most radical democrat would do such a thing....I suspect he didn't either.
Maybe he was trying to teach his daughter about the price of freedom..and about those who would take it from you....it isn't free, you know!

![]() ![]() Somehow I think he did 'suspect' that someone would snatch his daughter's sign. Just a hunch, based on his past experience of getting his son's signs grabbed faster than he could pull them out of his pants & hand them to him at the Gore rally. I guess at least he isn't a democrat hoping to let his daughter 'speak her mind' at a Bush rally. Not much hope for a free speech lesson when you need to sign an affadavit of support in order to enter. |
