California'S ROLLING SMOG EXEMPTION REPEALED!
or something like that. I went back three pages, and didn't see anything on this, so I am hoping this is not a repost. The Governator vetoed the bill to keep the rolling 30 Year exemption. Ouch.
He DID sign the one that will allow me and my Prius into the HOV lane with my girlfriends' head in my lap. Well, she COULD be there, but it would look like I was by myself either way. |
