Any junior officers in the military on this board?
Hey all,
I'm writing a paper for a ROTC class and I need to interview a junior officer. Any branch should be sufficient although I'd prefer Navy/Marine Corps. Post here or shoot me a PM if you're willing to answer some questions about the broad topic of "building credibility with your subordinates as a junior officer." Thanks, Matt
