And he just now figured this out? The way I see it with links to the Oil For Food scandal these countries have no business anywhere near Iraq. In fact I wouldn't blame law-abiding Iraqi's if they took some French and Germans hostage after all those countries helped Saddam's brutal reign against Iraq. If Allawi is the man I think he is he'd refuse the help anyway.

Since the rest of his policy for Iraq is basically to continue the status quo, this makes that senator's proposed Iraq policy one big fat goose egg.
