Debate vs. MLB: so what are you watching tonight?

As I understand it, the debate will coincide with the soon-to-be Angels' debacle.

Hmmm...what to do?

BTW: here is one thing tonight's moderator is famous for:

MLB, I don't think I can stand to watch the 2 worst candidates in history babble against each other again...

Lenin said, "Sporting events are the opiate of the people."

You gain nothing by watching a Sporting event...it means you learn nothing and has no value except for entertainment...to keep you occupied so that you don't pay attention to the bigger issues surrounding you. Since the advent of sporting events being shown on TV...it is also a way to brainwash the American people into being a consumer society...you gotta use this toothpaste to live a happy life.... In the end all sporting events do is keep people from feeling just how vacous their lives really are....

And critiquing sports events on the intar-web is so much better!

"Look at how superior I am, I'm so great. You mortals won't learn anything from the stuff I say you can't learn from, simply because I said so. I have all the answers. Did I mention I like steak?"

Nostatic, if you're reading this, I laugh all the time about the Ignatious comparison.

Ignacious (Theodore) how in the world does a big time capitalist know to quote Lenin?

And secondly, "opiate," "masses?" And you live in Vegas?

Teddy, Teddy, Teddy...do tell, do tell...

Neither -- probably watching some hotties at the ginmills tonight. OK, maybe a couple of Yankee innings in between (so to speak) breastesses.

OT -- got "Faster" yesterday. Watched it 3 times already. Pfooof. Good movie.
