Free beer (good stuff)
A vendor of mine gave me 2 six packs of Spaten optimator german beer.
I tried one, it wasn't to my liking. obviously my palate is not sophisticated enough for this high brow expensive stuff. Optimator! Gut schtuff...I just picked some up today, coincidentally.
It is a dark malty Munich brew; pretty intense compared to the lagers and pilsners many of us are used to. I personally love it but it is not something I do/can drink regularly.
