Anyone see "Taking Lives"

In the movie, there were a pair of twins, Martin and Reese. Martin was the evil one. When Angelina Jolie went to that house where the mother lived and discovered that secret bedroom, she laid down on the bed and someone grabbed her from below.

Who was that in the bedroom? That didn't make any sense to me.

I thought it was supposed to be the guy who was the killer. Reese supposedly died in a boating accident when he was 12.. Why Martin was there I have no idea. The whole movie was kinda dumb and predicatble. What's with staring at all those pictures all the time. Talk about getting into your work.

Yeah, I noticed that little plot error... that whole thing with the house made no sense. It was like they kinda went on a plot tangent, changed their minds, but neglected to delete that one sequence.

The whole movie was highly predictable, contrived, over-the-top, illogical and downright stupid, in other words, it's a whole lotta fun only because...

Angelina can do no wrong.

Well, Ok, except for that whole Beyond Borders pos, even Angelina couldn't save that.

The most ridiculous part was near the end of the movie:

Caution - if you have any interest in seeing this movie don't read any further

Where she pretended to be pregnant to lure that POS out of hiding, then stabbed him with a scissors. Also, when that one Canadian backhanded her after his partner was killed. It's not like he contributed anything to capturing the serial killer.

Could have been a good movie - actually, there was that one part where she has naked sex with the killer on that side board.

Damn!

Could have been a good movie -
No it couldn't. No redeeming qualities.

Actually, the end kinda caught me off guard, though I had lost interest because the rest of the movie was SO BAD.

Actually, the scene with the mother's head was kinda disturbing in that he's just standing there with it, like "What?"

This is what happens when I let my wife pick the movie. She brings home trash like this.

I thought the idea that a serial killer could take over the identity of the person he killed which would make him harder to catch was an interesting twist. But yea, this movie was definitely a dud. The more I think about it, the more I think I wasted two hours of my life on this one.
