Guys, make no mistake. Jon Stewart isn't qualified to carry the luggage of any Supreme Court Justice living or dead. (Yes, Douglas too.)
The best he can do is appear on Crossfire and criticize with no discernable theme in mind, then poke fun at the nine people who are THE safeguards of human rights in a lame attempt to jump on the bandwagon pre-election. If WMT doesn't want to carry his POS book, they aren't required to. Or had you forgotten that WMT is not part of the United States Government? Time for that civics refresher.
