figures.......new fish tank

so i just moved and finally got my new 75 gallon fish tank setup.......my oscars are in along with the pacu and a handfull of feeder fish i couldn't catch (used them to condition the tank).
anyway i took a couple pics to post and.....i can't find the cable which connects my camera to the computer
i know i packed it.....but for some reason it's not in my "computer" box.......
soooooo i can't post pics yet of my tank.....
the oscars are getting acustomed to their new environment, they'll get much bigger now that they're out of the 20 gallon

paid $150 for the tank/stand/filtration/etc.etc.......quite a steal as it's a $600-$700 setup and in pristine condition

This thread is useless without pics.

That is a steal!! I managed to pick up a 90 gallon a few years ago with filter, and oak stand for $1, yes that's $1.00. The guy that bought it was sick of messing it, so I took it off his hands. I have if full of African Cichlids right now and they are re-arranging my tank by the day. Too late now, but if I can find the camera tomorrow, I'll snap some pics.

Edit: for my stellar spelling.

so i'm digging through my home theatre box (ton o' cables etc)and there's my camera cord......
so here are some pics.........
i still need to make a black background.

patiently waiting in the old tank......

.......for this.....there's food in there they're thinking.

checking out the new pad.....

i had a bunch of feeder fish in the tank to condition it, i couldn't catch them all so i left most of them in........
they have resorted to staying in a tight pack cause you know......oscars eat everything.
the pacu is at least 6 years old......the oscars are less than a year.
the pacu manages to stay alive by following the oscars around for food cause they're messy, they remind him frequently that it's their tank though

Looks good! Those Oscars are beasts. I had a few a long time ago. I couldn't stick my hand in the tank without them attacking it. Of course my Cichlids are the same way, they are just smaller so it doesn't hurt.

Here's the best I could do before my camera died. The little buggers are doing a wonderful job of rearranging my tank on a daily basis. It will be getting a much needed cleaning this weekend!

Since I have so many different breeds in there, they don't breed successfully. And since they are mouth brooders, they usually eat their own eggs before they hatch. Fun hobby, but it can get expensive.
