NFL predicts a Kerry win?

Well, if you follow professional football, you've know doubt heard the football/political pundits comment on the influence the Washington Redskins have on election year outcomes when an incumbent is running.

It breaks down to this: if the Redskins win their last regular season game before U.S. elections are held, the incumbent - in this case Bush - wins.

If they lose, the challenger - Kerry in this case - wins.

The Packers played the Redskins in DC. The Packers have pretty much sewn it up, 26-14. In short, they'll win.

Hmmm...I love this stuff.

I'm sorry: late two-point conversion: 28-14, Green Bay.

Well, that's the best pro-kerry argument that I've heard to date.

Actually the trend is their last HOME game, but in this case the streak is still broken

Last home game? I think they were playing at Redskins stadium.

Eh, what the hell? Now I'm watching the Raiders get their you-know-whats handed to them. Sheer sign right before an incumbent election an Austrian will run in 2008.

Yes it was a home game for the Redskins. That is quite the long running coincedence. Go Kerry....
